Winners

Everton's Unbeaten Streak

With PL safety almost guaranteed after his fist 6 games back at the club, with 4 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss, David Moyes will still need his side motivated to pick up points as you never know with The PL, and this unbeaten run seems to have his team motivated.

This is the 4th time in 6 matches where Everton have scored a goal in the 77th minute or later to either pick up a point or grab all 3, and for the second time after Liverpool last month, a defender scored a goal in stoppage time at the Gwladys Street end to salvage The Toffees a point.

Everton are now 9 games unbeaten in the PL under Moyes, which is their longest run since under Ronald Koeman in 2017 and they are just 2 games away from equalling their PL record of 11 games unbeaten, which happened twice under David Moyes' first spell in charge of the club.

Champions League Race Drama

With the title race and relegation battle all but sorted with 9 games left of the season, the PL will be smiling ear-to-ear that there is a gigantic battle for Champions League football, especially with 5th place an almost guaranteed Champions League spot.

Just 5 points separate Chelsea in 4th place and Bournemouth in 10th and there is no guarantee of any the clubs in the battle, including Man City and Chelsea get European football come the end of season with club seemingly as inconsistent as each other.

Brentford Away From Home

Brentford have completely changed their fortunes around away from The Gtech Community Stadium this season, after a complete disaster run away from home to start the season, to becoming the most in-form team away from home.

In their first 9 away games this season, Brentford has 0 wins, 2 draws and 7 losses and scored just 6 goals and conceded 16, but in their last 5, they've won all 5 and scored 14 goals and conceded just twice.

What would annoy Thomas Frank is that their great away from has seemingly come at the cost of their home form, which has gone from the best to the worst, having picked up just 2 points from their last 7 games at home, as compared to 22 points from their first 8 games.

Losers

Roy Keane

Keane's rant about Bruno Fernandes went viral for how passionate he was about the Manchester United captain, but with every passing match, it make Keane look a bit questionable for going at the one consistent United performer.

Fernandes was once again at the heart of everything for Ruben Amorim's side, contributing to all of his side's goals against Leicester City, producing 1 goal and 2 assists, which came just 3 days after scoring his 2nd hattrick for the club.

If Roy Keane, who says he doesn't care about United, is to criticise United again, he probably shouldn't come after the one shining light in what has been a dark tunnel for Untied ever since Sir Alex Ferguson left the club in 2013.

Promoted Teams

With Wolves winning and creating a 9 point gap to Ipswich and Leicester, it looks as if relegation is all but wrapped up with all the promoted sides going back down to the Championship with seemingly little fight.

In their past 10 games, Wolves have picked up 10 points to move away from the relegation zone, and in that time combined, Ipswich, Southampton and Leicester have picked up 8 points, which is a damning look on all their recruitment after spending a combined £300 million on transfers this season.

With this the 2nd season in a row where all 3 promoted teams are going back down with little to no fight, it does bring into question the quality gap between the Premier League and the Championship, but it could also be the fact that the promoted clubs have just spent money on the wrong players, as for a combined £300 million on transfers this season, you'd have thought that these clubs would have more than 8 points in their last 30 games combined.

Chelsea Against Good Teams

It has become a worrying trend for Chelsea over their 3 full seasons under ClearLake ownership that they are struggling against teams in the top 10 of the league, which suggests it maybe a side-effect of buying loads of young players and having no veterans - Who'd have thought.

To start this season, Enzo Maresca's side actually did decently well against team who are currently in the top 10, with 4 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses, scoring 13 goals and conceding 9, however in their last 6 games against teams in the top 10, they've lost 5 and drawn 1, scoring 5 and conceding 13.

Combine this the fact in their 2 full seasons under ClearLake ownership, they had a record of 8 wins, 12 draws and 18 losses against teams who finished in the top 10, it is a worrying time as it doesn't look to be any time soon Chelsea will stop buying and putting their hopes on young players.
